The Metal Coat 11ED-Electric Drive Wire Flame Spray Gun is designed for spraying soft thermal spray wires such as Zinc, Lead, Tin, Aluminium, Babbitt etc.

The Metal Coat 11ED Wire Flame Spray Gun is powered by a DC Motor, developed after years of our experience and research in the thermal spray industry. This is the best gun in the segment for spraying soft wires such as aluminium, zinc, lead, tin, babbitt, etc. The 11ED Wire Flame Spray Gun has minimum parts compared to other wire flame spray models, with maximum ease of maintenance. The DC motor in the wire flame Spray Gun gives a constant wire feed rate, which results in the superior quality of coatings. For ease of viewing the wire feed unit, wire feed rollers are placed in the transparent box. The box can be easily opened without any tool to remove the wire chips or any dust that may accumulate after spraying.

FAQ

Metal Coat 11ED wire flame spray gun is powered with DC Drive motor, whereas Metal Coat 12ED has an AC Drive Motor. 11ED is recommended only for soft and low melting wires, whereas 12ED is capable of spraying both low and high melting wires. The maximum wire size that can be sprayed in 11ED is limited to 3.17mm, whereas 12ED can spray wires of up to 4.76mm in diameter. Our 11ED Model requires very little maintenance as compared to the 12ED Model. 
Nozzle and Siphon Plug needs to be changed while moving to the required wire size. 
Upper drive roller, gear, and siphon guide need to be changed while moving to the required wire size.
